Each soft absorbent, non-woven pad is saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Individually wrapped alcohol wipes are also ideal for meeting kitchen safety requirements such as cleaning and sanitizing thermometer probes. It is imperative that probes and other tools are sanitized before and after each use to prevent cross-contamination and meet HACCP requirements. Each pre-moistened pad measures 61 mm x 31 mm.
